September 28, 2026
PVP Advanced EO Systems, Inc. received a $250 million base indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract from the U.S. Army to supply commercial counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) and counter-small-UAS capabilities, supporting Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401) and its Domestic Shield program.

The contract was awarded on September 28, 2026, by the Army Contracting Command (Detroit Arsenal, Michigan) with an ordering period running through late September 2029 (estimated completion date of September 27, 2029).

The Domestic Shield program protects U.S. critical infrastructure by accelerating the procurement and deployment of advanced Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) to defend high-risk facilities against small drone threats. Managed by the Pentagon’s Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) 401 alongside the Department of War, the initiative addresses homeland security vulnerabilities through a mix of regulatory, operational, and technological solutions.
